Given the current state of the guard faction (Terrible) I propose that any guard below the rank of GEOW (Because they're obviously doing something right) will have to be trained once again, but this time, every wrong answer/bad behaviour incident will count as a strike, 3 strikes and they lose their whitelist, this will filter out the inexperienced players and leave room for the experienced ones. They may reapply after they read up on their knowledge of the faction, and try again.
Write +support in the comments if you think this should happen.

+Support
Just seems like the best thing to do so far, there's really no other way to filter out less experienced and experienced roleplayers, so this is a support from me.

-Support, it just seems you are handing us an idea that 'forces' us to take the reckless decision of de-whitelisting people just because they fail when doing something. I do agree with the trainings within the OOC bounds but not ICly, and I don't agree with kicking them out of the whitelist just because they did a small mistake. Everyone learns from their mistakes, and us ... as a staff team, division leaders and experienced players, should help them and tell them what to do when they are confused or undecided.
Of course this whole thing changes, when they commit a serious offence (such as ... getting out of prison without permission whatsoever).

Honestly, guard faction has slowly became better. Yesterday I didnt have to intervene as a warden as much. It seems all guards regardless of the rank are starting to get a grip of it.
