One of the few things we're bringing up as to change the community for the better is that we will no longer make decissions in regards to the future of Peace Sector without having the community vote about it. This is to make sure that everyone is happy with what happens to the server/community and will decrease any form of flamewars or accusations of dictatorship. There are a few things where the community could vote about: - Admin/whitelist applicants
- Future changes for the server (such as maps, events, etcetera)
- When we feel the need to have feedback from the community
Grypho and I have been talking about a few changes that might occur to the community such as certain people coming back to the staff team, others being thrown off, and just a lot of other stuff. We wanted to include you, the user, our playerbase, into the more important decissions we make.

Essentially, it is the MPF applicants, organized factions and the staff which will have impact on our community´s reputation. We have taken correct steps to increase our reputation by enforcing heavyRP for two days now. I feel like we need to make MPF whitelist hard to get until you are a good RPer, because MPF are the best RPers on the server in addition to anti-citizens, and if they do something wrong it is same like the staff would do something wrong... almost.
We should definitely bring voting to admin and whitelist applications. I am also thinking of making an event calendar, where one day of the week, for example Monday, is always reserved for specific events.
